Just what goes on in the studio each day? One may be quick to think about our sounds and and our stories and our sonic adventures and other stuff. However what no one really ever sees (for good reason) is what working the kitchen line is really like. Never mind the grease and charcoal and bad eggs, if anyone ever saw the tomfoolery that occurs behind the scenes...
...Which is why we really really want to take you with us further! Documenting our process with photography is part of the slice of reality we wish to share with you.
Just what are the workhorses of our visual arsenal? Kindly lent from the armoury of none other than Amadeus himself, we have two photos of the two cameras that we actually remembered to take photos of.
Exhibit 1: Canon M100, with 25mm f1.8 manual focus lens
This powerhouse of cinematic shots brings out the best angles and captures the best moments without showing to much of our audio engineer bodies (body for radio everyone!)
Exhibit 2: Panasonic NV-ds28 mini DV camcorder, equipped with Eachine AV fpv Capture Card
This relic of a time long gone in an era of camcorders, video tapes and BlockBuster... But for old souls like us trapped in young bodies that sense of nostalgia can only be described as vibes.
Exhibit 3 (missing): GoPro Hero 7 Black, lost but not forgotten
Here is a sample of video from our camcorder that we really love. The visual glitches are a result of the janky cable setup and capture card that we feel adds so much to the vibes.
